How It Works?
An authorized client or administrative user log
into the website/intranet where he/she can:
- Open a new case if there is a problem (broken device or project
assignment);
- Search through the resolved solutions in the knowledgebase if
similar issues occurred before;
- Check the status of the case and its details.
An authorized manager of the system gets alerted
of the new case, reviews and assigns it to the appropriate staff
member. A staff member is able to view his/her individual assignments
and solve the issues. Thereafter, staff member closes the case
by entering and submitting the resolution to the knowledgebase
system.
Everything is tracked by time. Email notification is sent automatically
or upon request.
